What
makes your program different than every other real estate Guru out
there?
I
have terrible credit... as a matter of fact, I am the poster child for bad
credit... can I still buy properties with your program, without a
downpayment?

Can I do
this program part time? I already have a full time job and I need to
keep it until I get my real estate business up and producing at least as
much as I'm making now.

Question: What makes your
program different than every other real estate Guru out there?
Answer:
The thing that makes my program better than the other real estate gurus out there, is that you get to
talk to me personally. You won't find another real estate coaching program that gives you access to its' creator.
I have turned the program into a business system.
A system is a process that can be duplicated over and over again by someone with a level
of skill that is lower than the person who created the system. This is how McDonalds works.
Whatever you may think of McDonald's food, you can't deny that they have an amazing business system.
They use minimum wage, low level skill workers to create a consistent product that you can get anywhere
in the world. They do it with systems. This guy takes the order.. that girl flips the burgers... that guy puts the pickles
on.... and on and on.
My goal in creating this program, was to help inexperienced investors succeed in a massive
way using simple step-by-step systems.
I've even included a quick start manual and audio program that shows you exactly how to proceed.
Step one, do this... step two, do that. If you follow the steps... it works. I've used every one of these

Question: I have terrible
credit... as a matter of fact, I am the poster child for bad credit... can I
still buy properties with your program without a down payment?
YES! It will
work with terrible credit. You will NEVER have to apply for a
conventional loan using my system if you don't want to. I show you how
to use seller financing to buy your property... and they require nothing
in the way of credit, references... anything.
As a matter
of fact, once you learn how to do this with no credit, you will never
want to use your credit to buy investments again... ever.
I will show
you how to build the foundation of your business with zero down, Seller
financed deals so that you never need to have good credit again... no
more going to conventional lender with hat in hand... I hate that.
Question: How much will it
cost me to get my business going in addition to the cost of your course?
You will
need approximately $300 to $500 over the next 3 months to pay for
advertising and materials. This truly is a no money down course and you
will not need money for a down payment.
Some of my
students have spent more and some have spent less than this, but you
will be giving the program a fair shake if you commit to spending this
amount over the next few months.
Question: Can I do this
program part time? I already have a full time job and I need to keep it
until I get my real estate business up and producing at least as much as
I'm making now.
I designed
this program so that you could do it in 8-10 hours per week. NEVER quit
your day job until you are comfortable with the income you are producing
and the stability of your new business... although I've had students do
this against my advice and succeed in a huge way.
The tasks
you must carry out, can all be done in the evenings and on weekends. One
thing you must remember... the more effort you put into the program, the
better your results will be.
Bottom
line... this program is about building a business with a solid
foundation that will allow you to quit your job and be able to count on
a stable income that will support you and your family. It is not just
about learning how to do one deal.

Question: Do you really
teach me to buy and sell properties with zero down payment? The last
course I read on that told me to go find an investor or cash in my

There are *no* conventional lenders that I know
of that will loan 100% of the purchase price on non-owner occupied real
estate. There are some hard money guys that come pretty close, but it's still not $0 down.
*My* system requires seller financing. I use lease options, wrap around contracts, "subject to" and a
variety of other techniques.
The big trick is finding sellers who will sell to you with this type of financing.
The property does not have to be trashed (although I've made good money on trashed homes) and you can take
full title using "subject to" ...although it may be in your best interest to take it in some other manner. I show you
how to decide.
My system is all about finding the sellers who will accept these deals as their best option.... sellers who have high
motivation and few choices. You don't have to push them into something that is against their best interests... you will
be their best choice or they will take another route. (I show you how to make money if they do that, as well)
There are more motivated Sellers out there than you may think and they are not that difficult to find, but you won't find them in
the MLS or the Sunday paper. You must advertise for them and know how to present your offer in a coherent, viable manner.
So that's it... it does work. I've done it and many of my students are doing it. It is against the law for me to use

Question: Can this investing method be done in Canada
and Overseas?
Yes, it will work outside the US.
Even though most of my clients are in the US, I have folks using my system
successfully in Canada, Australia, the UK, New Zealand, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Italy,
Spain and Pakistan.
One note to remember: Outside the US, some of the terms that I use are different
from local terms for the same thing. It is easy to get a translation, but you will need to talk to a local real
estate professional.
Most property laws in the free world originated in 16th Century England, so the process is basically
the same everywhere.

Every
week, for 26 WEEKS, you will receive a new "quick-read" e-book
manual that you can
download from the Internet. Every topic I mentioned on the main
page of the web site will be covered in easy to use, straightforward language.
There
won't be any mystery about how to start... what to do first... what to do

Question: How do I get
the audios for the course?
The
audios can be downloaded directly from the internet and played using a
free piece of software called "RealPlayer."
They
are MP3 files and WAVE files and can be played on any computer with a
sound card.
There is also an option to get the
audios on CD and the manuals in printed form. This option is at a
slightly higher price to cover the cost of printing, duplicating and
shipping.
Question: What format do the download manuals come
in?
I use the most popular ebook reader
on the market today. It is called Adobe Acrobat Reader and is probably
already installed on your computer.
If you don't have it, I will show you
where to download your FREE copy.
Adobe Acrobat works with both Windows
and Macintosh formats and I have separate downloads for each.
